Doug Parker has learned first hand the importance of duplication and he shares the tools he uses to achieve it; invitation, presentation, and validation. Throughout his career, he has found that sticking with the basics is a critical technique for growth. Doug also describes how to recruit up and he details the process of onboarding a prospect from start to finish.
Who is Doug Parker?
Doug Parker grew up in rural East Texas and became an entrepreneur at an early age. In the last 20 years, he has led multiple companies to success including a financial services company that was chosen by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America.
Along the way, one of his employees introduced him to network marketing in 2013. Doug was impressed and got started with the goal for his MLM business to create an extra income stream to cover all his monthly expenses and to send his two kids to college.
Today, Doug is a network marketing leader who leads an organization of over 2,000 consultants and over 4,000 customers. He’s a National Consultant, a Top 50 Income Earner in his company and has won multiple awards for a billion dollars company.
I get up early and grind it out.
