Component 1: Have a Checklist
Consistency in network marketing is impossible if you don't have a clear action plan on what you need to do.
Network marketing consistency requires a checklist!
A great tool for this is the Daily Method of Operation (DMO) and the meaning of consistency in network marketing is showing up everyday and work on these 5 income producing activities.
• Posting on social media 3 times a day (this is consistency in marketing you and your business)
• Meeting 5 new contacts daily
• Sending 5 invites daily
• Following up with 5 prospects
• Presenting to at least 3 people daily
This checklist of income producing activities ensures you stay consistent in doing what's important everyday.
Component 2: Schedule the Time
Everyone has the time.
If you struggle to get things done, it's not more time you need.
You need better time management!
One of the simple time management hacks is to time block.
If it is not on your calendar, it will not happen and you'll never achieve network marketing consistency because life is full of endless distractions.
Make sure you block out specific times for sending out invites, follow ups, and personal development.
Routines Create Consistency in MLM
Make sure you create a routine because routines create consistency.
If you reflect on your life and things that you do consistently (such as taking a bath, making morning coffee, etc.) there is always a routine.
When you time block, it's best to do the same activity at same time each day to create that routine.
Routines create network marketing consistency.
Component 3: Determine the Strategy
How will you work each step of the checklist?
For i.e. if you want to meet new people, how do you plan to do that?
Do you plan to use CLAM and meet people on Facebook?
Or use Instagram?
Or maybe it's to prospect on LinkedIn?
What's the strategy?
You must have a clear plan or else you'll get frustrated or overwhelmed and that creates paralysis and you won't have any MLM consistency.
Component 4: Choose the Right Environment
Your environment plays a huge role in staying consistent in network marketing.
Surround yourself with positive, like minded individuals.
Use music to boost your energy and remove distractions that pull you away from your business.
For example, if your house has distractions, then step outside for 15 minutes and work the business inside your car.
Sometimes also a simple change in scenery will help you take consistent action.
An example is I have a beautiful home office but I find myself have more consistency in marketing and creating content when I'm outdoors in my backyard.
Component 5: Track Your Progress
There is a famous saying by the late business guru, Peter Drucker, “What does not get measured does not get improved.”
Track your reach outs, invites, presentations, and sign ups.
By tracking your numbers, you will see what is working and where adjustments are needed.
It's easy to get discouraged and lose interest when you don't know how well you're actually doing.
Tracking your activity (such as how many new invite messages you send, follow up messages, etc) will improve MLM consistency.

Use tools to help you track your activity.

The most important time management tool.
If it's not on the calendar, it's not going to happen.
You can use a simple Google calendar
Timer
Every task should have an end time (and it's not when you run out of time)
This is another time management tool that'll help you stay consistent in the income producing activities because it prevents you from spending too much time on one task
You can use a simple timer on your phone.
Eternity App
This is great time log app that tracks your activities, time and even gives reports so that you know you're on track. I've been using this App for over 10 years.
Component 7: Get Accountability
Even the most disciplined people need coaches and accountability.
That's why Olympians, athletes, entertainers all have coaches and accountability partners.
You must have either an upline, a crossline partner, a mentor, or a coach that holds you accountable.
3 Tips to Getting Good Daily Accountability
1 ) Don't Talk Too Long
There is little chance you'll talk to your accountability partner today if you spent over an hour talking to her yesterday.
When it comes to daily accountability, shorter sessions are better.
2 ) Frequency is Most Important
Daily check ins are better than once a month long conversations
3 ) Your Upline if Not a Good Accountability Partner
This is especially true if you're good friends with your upline or you've been working with the same person for a long time.
You need to find another person if:
1 ) You've become good friends with the upline and she's more of a friend than someone that will call you out.
2 ) You're no longer learning from your upline
3 ) Your upline doesn't give you the tough love you need
