There are 3 things you have to do

How to Be a Top Recruiter
Being a “recruiting machine” is pretty simple
but NOT easy
Here are 3 things you have to do…
1 ) You work on THE DMO everyday
Work THE DMO and list of income producing activities everyday!
You must expand your network and reach out to thousands of people a year.
Yes.. a few thousand.
This is pretty simple if you use The CLAM Formula
Most will say “No”
but some will say “Yes”
You sort and move on
2 ) Simple Prospecting Process
When you present to your prospect,
they must believe they can do it
otherwise all these objections will come up (for i.e. “no time”)
And most importantly…
3 ) Provide Value Everyday
This is the most important part that people forget
You get paid for the value you contribute
Why should someone listen to you?!
Why should someone believe in you?!
People will ONLY follow and listen to you if they believe you can help them
That’s why it’s so important to provide value everyday on social media
Ask Yourself This Question
Who would you listen to?
Someone that shares something helpful everyday?
or someone that does nothing?!
Are you being a person of value that people want to follow?!
