Who is Jordan Adler?
At 34 years old, Jordan was living in an enclosed garage, paying $200 in rent while drowning in $36,000 of credit card debt. He worked multiple low-paying jobs and couldn’t seem to find success in network marketing.
Over the past 27 years, Jordan has become one of the top network marketers in the world, earning over $20 million. His business now has over half a million customers.
He is the author of the bestselling book Beach Money, which teaches how to create residual income that flows whether you work or not. 100% of the book’s profits go to charity, and it still sells thousands of copies every month. His second book, Better Than Beach Money, continues his mission to help people achieve financial freedom.
Jordan owns multiple homes, including a condo on the Vegas Strip, two mountain retreats, and, of course, a place by the beach. He flies helicopters for fun and was recently accepted into Virgin Galactic's Space program to become one of the first civilians into space.
The Book That Changed Everything
The book that introduced Jordan to MLM was The 10 Napkin Presentations by Don Failla.
That book taught him about residual income and how to create leverage in business.
Years later, Jordan wrote his own book, Beach Money.
His book has sold over half a million copies and helps people understand the power of network marketing and financial freedom.
He eventually released a new book, Better than Beach Money, which focuses on small mindset shifts that can lead to big success.
Jordan Adler’s Turning Point in Network Marketing
Jordan spent 10 years joining 11 different MLM companies, but every time he faced rejection, he quit. He never made a penny in network marketing.
In 1992, he joined his 12th company and made a crucial decision—this time, he wouldn’t quit.
Instead of giving up after a few rejections, he committed to consistently showing the business every day. His simple goal was to sign up one new distributor per month. Over 13 years, he personally sponsored 129 people. From that, five of them built teams that grew into an organization of over 85,000 distributors and hundreds of thousands of customers.
The Worst Moment in Jordan’s Journey
Success in network marketing didn’t come easy. Jordan hit one of his lowest points during a blizzard in Peabody, Massachusetts. He had maxed out his credit card to fly to a big team event, only to arrive at an empty house—no one showed up.
Standing alone in the freezing cold, he had two choices: quit again or push forward. He chose to keep going, and that moment became one of the defining points in his success story.
The Power of Duplication in Network Marketing
Jordan believes duplication is the key to long-term success. He focuses on simple, repeatable actions that others can easily follow. Instead of trying to motivate inactive team members, he looks for people who are already taking action and invests his time in them.
His motto is simple: Who’s next?
The Million Dollar Question: What Would Jordan Do If He Had to Start Over?
Jordan’s answer is simple: He would go out and meet people. He would attend networking events, connect with business owners, and start conversations. By focusing on building relationships, he could quickly grow a network even if he had to start from scratch.
Jordan Adler’s Advice on Leadership
Jordan believes true leadership is about setting the example. If he wants his team to recruit, he recruits. If he wants them to show up, he shows up first. Instead of managing, he focuses on finding the next person to help get started.
Jordan Adler’s Mission to Give Back
Jordan started Card Flurry, a movement that encourages people to send cards and small gifts to individuals going through difficult times. The initiative has made national news and touched many lives. He believes true success isn’t just about making money but about giving back and making an impact.

Key Lessons from Jordan Adler
– Success comes from consistency. Jordan focused on signing up just one person a month, and it led to an organization of 85,000 people.
– Don’t quit on a bad day. There were many times when Jordan wanted to quit, but he kept pushing through, and that made all the difference.
– Leadership means going first. The best way to grow a team is by leading by example and always asking, “Who's next?”
Your Action Steps
– Stay consistent. Set a goal for how many people you will talk to each month and stick to it.
– Keep going even when it gets hard. Success in network marketing requires persistence through tough moments.
– Lead by example. Show your team what to do by doing it first. Always focus on helping the next person get started.
Success in network marketing is not about luck. It’s about showing up every day and doing the work.
