3 Types of MLM Prospects to Look For

Picture Of Scott McGee

growthAs you build your network marketing business you need to be searching for mlm prospects that are looking for more out of life. The people that succeed in this industry all started out by realizing the current path they were on in life was not going to give them the future they wanted. These people are ready to take action and they are waiting for someone like you to show them what that action is.

Do you know the best way to find people like this?

Winston Churchill said once that, “At some time in everybody’s life people will stumble across opportunity, but sadly, most people will pick themselves up and walk away as if nothing happened.”

You will always be able to sponsor reps and increase your network marketing income, however the current economic climate has created a great opportunity that may very well only happen once in our lifetime. This opportunity has not only opened people up to hearing about your opportunity, it’s also created the right mindset for them to take action. The current economy has got 3 types of mlm prospects looking for what you have to offer. You need to keep your eyes open for these people and make sure that you are not passing up this huge opportunity in front of you.

1. The college graduate that can’t find a job

Right now good jobs are hard to come by. They are limited and the people who find them usually have years of experience under their belt or knew someone “on the inside”. Lot’s of young adults that were excited to graduate from college and start earning were surprised to find that nobody would take them in. Many of them are staying at their parent’s house holding out for an employer to give them a chance. The rest of them have taken odd jobs that have nothing to do with the degree they received in school. These people are extremely frustrated. They did what they were told their whole lives. Just go to college and get a degree and you will be set. Now they realize that a degree is not all it was hyped up to be and are looking for other ways to earn income, making them great mlm prospects.

2. The employee that doesn’t know if he will
have a job next month

The number of jobs that have been lost in the last few years is unbelievable. Many people who are still employed have watched this happening and realize that they can’t rely on corporate loyalty. These mlm prospects are going to work, but worry if their job will even be there in the future. They are looking for a way to secure their future financially.

3. The entrepreneur that lost it all

Lot’s of entrepreneurs who are used to multiple six-figure incomes have lost it all in this challenging economy. These people are my favorite type of prospect. You should get into the habit of asking people if they have every worked for themselves, and find out more about the ones who have. Most of the people who had success as an entrepreneur are hating going to work as an employee or they are looking for a way to replace the income they lost. The only thing worse than not having money is having lot’s of it and then losing it all! Entrepreneurs who have been successful in the past have already shown they have the traits needed to be successful and make great mlm prospects. They are open and waiting for you to show them away that they can create the income they lost.

Questions you can ask to find these mlm prospects

• What did you go to school to study?

• Did you find it hard to find work after graduating?

• How has the economy affected your industry?

• Has anyone lost jobs where you work?

• Have you ever worked for yourself in the past?

There is a huge opportunity right now for you to take advantage of. Tons of people are looking for more in life. They just need someone to show them a way to get it. Start asking the right questions and keeping your ears open for these mlm prospects, and ask them if they are open to looking at another way to earn income outside of what they are currently doing if it didn’t interfere.
