471: How to Utilize the 60/30 Game Plan Strategy to Help Create Growth Spurts in Your Business by Charlotte Venter

It’s not hard work when you’re driven by vision. Charlotte Venter shows us that distributors have to learn to love people for who they are, and in most cases, accept to let them go. Also, understand that in order for your business to work, you must commit to it like a marriage.

Who is Charlotte Venter?

Charlotte Venter had several failed traditional businesses that put a lot of financial and emotional stress on her and her family.

When she was introduced to network marketing in 2013, she was initially very skeptical but then decided to go for it when she found out Richard Branson endorsed the MLM model.

Today, Charlotte is a 6 figure earner and the #1 income earner for her company in Australia. She’s also a member of MLM Nation’s Mastermind and in the short time Simon has worked with her, he has seen Charlotte’s leadership grow tremendously, and as a result, her team has grown larger than ever.

Charlotte has been married to her husband Andre for 26 years and have 2 amazing children. She’s also the CEO of The Unstoppable Aussie Mum and Co-Founder of i-Hope Limited, which rescues orphans and sex-trafficked children.
