The first rule is to…
Keep it Simple and Don’t Overtrain!
You want your new team members to take action ASAP
Don’t overwhelm them with too much training.
They do NOT need to know about the products, pay plan, etc.
If you give them too much info
then they’ll procrastinate and never take any action
The only thing you really need to teach them to use the Magic Script with their contacts.
“I’m working on something exciting. This may or may not be for you. Would you be open to taking a look?”
There are many reasons why this script works really well
Just teach it to them and have them send it to their list.

How to Keep Them Motivated
People will stay motivated if you make them feelfulfilled.
That means you don’t want to make these common mistakes such as rewarding only results
or make them feel they’re not good enough.
You have to reward ACTIVITY and give them constant recognition.
If you don’t quickly reward activity,
People will quit once they get their first few rejections.
