Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy For MLM Nation
We want you to be completely happy with every aspect of our business relationship. So, we’ve put together this refund policy for our products and services to put you at ease when ordering.
To receive a refund for any product or service we offer you must follow all of the instructions below:
- Submit a refund request by filling out the contact form on this page mlmnation.com/contact.
- The request must be submitted within the specified time period found further down on this page.
- It must contain the product or service you are requesting the refund for.
- It must contain the email address you provided when making the purchase.
- It must meet any other guidelines outlined on the rest of this page.
- As long as all the criteria are met refunds are usually processed within 2 business days of request. It may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to show up in your bank account.
The Following Policies apply to subscriptions (including MLM Nation Insider Membership):
- Within 30 days of the purchase of your MLM Nation Subscription, you may cancel your account via the clearly-marked contact form which can be found at mlmnation.com/contact, and we will refund the full amount you paid upon request.
- No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.
- After the initial refund period expires, MLM Nation will continue to charge you on a monthly or annual basis, whichever you chose during initial purchase, at the initial subscription rate unless you contact us and request your account to be cancelled.
The Following Policies apply to MLM Nation Events (including the No BS No Hype events, and any Workshops):
- Due to the nature of our live events and the commitment we make, we cannot issue refunds on tickets sold, however you may elect to transfer your ticket to another person, no less than 15 days prior to the event. To make a transfer request, email events@mlmnation.com from the email address of the original ticket purchaser and give us the new name and email of the new ticket holder.
- In the event of an unavoidable cancellation due to an Act of God or other intervening circumstance, no refunds will be issued as long as a rescheduled date is announced within 30 days after the initially scheduled event. Existing registrations will be honored and can be transferred to an event at a later date.
For all other products not mentioned above (excluding Mastermind) the following refund policies apply:
- Unless specified otherwise when purchasing we will refund the full amount you paid for the product if you contact us and ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You can contact us to request a refund via the clearly-marked contact form which can be found at mlmnation.com/contact.
- No refunds are provided after the first 30 days.
