Members of my Network Marketing Coaching Programs can ask me for help or advice every week.
Today’s Coaching Question comes from 5 Star Mastermind Coaching member, Howard from Melbourne, Australia.
This is a more advanced training that applies to only leaders that have a pretty big organization.
Hi Simon Chan, recently my team has expanded from the Gen Y to the baby boomers market. In my point of view, I think it may not be the best to merge these 2 groups of people into the same training session. Would you organize another training session to separate these 2 groups? What are your opinions for this scenario?
Howard, Great leadership question. Your question applies not only to training but to prospecting as well.
