Hi Simon,

I had a talk with a customer this week and found out that she had stopped taking her USANA supplements regularly because she had visited a Chinese sinseh (doctor) who had given her herbal supplements. It is the same for my in-laws who have placed more trust in TCM (traditional Chinese Medicine) than ‘western’ medication and supplements.

Do you encounter similar cases in your business and how do you handle the objection in such a case?
