A distributor that I know from Australia is already an outstanding leader that cares about her team has built an organization of over 100 active downlines. She has built this organization mainly by focusing on targeting business builders and recently asked me how to complement this with product users and customers.
She asked me this question,
I start to have few people that i can talk product to them, they have been in my list for long time but i don’t know what to tell them:)”
Different Ways to Increase Customer Base
There are countless of ways to open a conversation about the products just like there are different ways to bring up the business opportunities. Some are direct and some indirect.
Below are some of 1 liners that you can use and simliar to prospecting for business, after a few times you will get the hang of it.
The most important rule to remember is that it doesn’t matter if you are prospecting for products or business, it is all about communicating. And the #1 Rule about communication is to REALLY care about that other person and listen!
1 Liners to Get People to Target Potential Customers
This first suggestion is specifically for her:
– I’ve built a successful business in the past 2 years part time in college and one of the reasons why I’ve been successful is because these nutritional products have been great. Would you be interested try some?
Some other suggestions on how to start the conversation
– I’ve seen many people improve their health with the products that I have been marketing. Do you know anyone that would be interested in better health?
– I market a nutritional product that helps people become healthier and gives them more energy. Do you know anyone that could use a product like this?
– I used to get colds and flus all the time until I started using this nutritional product. Do you or do you know anyone that could benefit from a product like this?
– Do you take supplements?
and then ask…
What’s the number 1 reason why you take supplements?
or
What’s the number 1 reason why you don’t take supplements?
Those are just suggestions and ideas you can start with.
If they are interested, then you can do a quick presentation and explain the product.
