Gathering of Top Distributors at Implementation Vacation
Just got back doing an intense 3 days at Implementation Vacation.
We had 47 motivated MLM distributors gather in the beautiful and peaceful Wasatch mountains in Midway, Utah to learn from MLM leaders on how to take their network marketing business to the next level.
It was supposed to be a “vacation” but thanks to all these motivated distributors that were there, it turned out into a bootcamp instead.
All they wanted to do was to learn, learn and learn!
Bonus Day Bus Trip
The entire event was kicked off by a bus trip from Los Angeles, California to Midway, Utah.
The highlights of the bus trip was training done by myself and Scott McGee and just bonding and sharing with motivated people.
Some people thought we were crazy to pack ourselves onto a bus for 10 hours but when you are “stuck” with positive, motivated and energetic entrepreneurs, time flies!
What they Learned at Implementation Vacation
The attendees at the event learned fundamental skills and were to exposed different aspects of the MLM business.
Some of the things that distributors learned were:
1) Using Exponential Communication with Online Marketing
2) How to Get Customers to Order Over and Over again by using Newsletter marketing
3) How to Explode Your Income with a Strong Customer Base
4) Using Health Events to Attract Customers
5) Facebook marketing and Running Productive Home Events
6) How to Target and Grow a Gen Y Business
7) Taking Control of Your Health by Dr. Bernadette
8) The Real Benefits of a MLM Business
9) How to Avoid the Pitfalls of that the Average Distributor Faces
and of course…
We had the Distributor of the Year contest!
Brad Duryea wins MLM Training Academy’s Distributor of the Year
Over 10 distributors shared key tips on how they transformed their businesses in the past year. Each presented for 10 minutes and afterwards the winners were selected by a vote.
It was a VERY close race between the top 3 spots but in the end, the First Place winner was Brad Duryea from Perth, Australia!
Brad shared how he grew his business from zero to over 40 distributors in just 11 weeks and moved the crowd not only by his achievements but for his love for his mom and girlfriend, Sarah Buhagiar.
Second place was snatched by Aimee Buhagiar (Sydney, Australia) who did an excellent job of “leading by example” and engaging the crowd and how she closed her presentation.
Randy Johnson (Connecticut, USA) claimed 3rd place with a memorable training and we will never forget his sunglasses that he had to wear to shade his eyes from all the diamonds.
A Winning Mindset
What made it fun and interesting was that the contestants who participated in the Distributor of the Year award all came from different backgrounds and they all prospect differently but they all had the same winning mindset.
When they encountered hardship, they keep going and find a solution and lesson in each problem instead of complaining and saying things don’t work.
Success is all about your mindset and how you look at the problems you encountered each day.
So if you are in a tough time right now, ask yourself what lesson can you learn from the experience and how can you get better?
An Exhausting but Fun Event
Even though we didn’t do any official “fun” things, everyone had an amazing time learning, sharing and hanging out with other motivated entrepreneurs.
It was an exhausting but amazing 3 days.
Words can’t describe it so I figure I would make this post short and show you some of the highlights of the event instead.
Thanks to Everyone Who Made it Special
I want to thank all the attendees for making the event special.
They were great and nothing is more fun than to hang out and bond with positive and motivated people who want to learn and make their lives better.
And special thanks to Lukras Vetrak and Wisdom Morm for the pictures and video that were shot at this event.
I had a great time teaching and sharing but it was the relationships and energy created by these distributors that will make me remember the great time we had. We were together for only 3 days but it felt like 3 weeks cause we did so much together.
Thanks for making the event so memorable.
Sincerely,
Simon Chan
