4 Questions to Ask Yourself when you failed to sponsor people in MLM

We need the tough and challenging times because they are “uncomfortable” and it is only when we are outside our comfort zones that we grow.

Tough times and failure speeds our improvement and growth because generally we like to stay in our comfort zones and sabotage our own growth.

So… tough times are good.

What Went Wrong?

But tough times are good ONLY if you take a diagnosis and find out how you can get better.

Just like how a doctor does a diagnosis to see how he can help you become healthier, you MUST do an analysis to find out what you learned from your experience and how YOU can get better.

In network marketing, we face tough times pretty often. For example, we face rejection and disappointments when our prospects don’t show up or don’t join.

Recently someone went through a tough time where they failed to fulfill the requirements to reach a rank. They had to sponsor 4 people within a certain time period and they fell way short.

That person had a great attitude and refused to quit… which is great… but the more important part is the diagnosis as to WHY he failed.

4 Important Questions You Must Ask

Just like many of you, when I first started my network marketing business, I was TERRIBLE in sponsoring. Awful! But I was able to learn from my failures and later on became a top sponsor in my MLM company.

If you are ever in such a position where you failed to sponsor people, you must learn what went wrong and how you could be better next time.

Specifically, you MUST ask yourself these questions:

1) Could I have done my presentation better?

2) Could I have talked to more prospects?

3) Could I have done better marketing so that I talked to better qualified prospects?

4) Could I have managed my time better so that I could have more time for my MLM business?

Be honest with yourself when you answer those questions. Your answer will reveal to you what your weakness are and what you need to so the next time you get better results!

Hi sir simon, my biggest challenge in MLM is having quality prospects, thus I had no direct sponsor for almost 3 months now. Also, balancing my left and right group, having inconsistency on commission. I Had so many rejections. Currently, I face a big challenge especially financial concerns in sustaining my business.
