Ethan’s Birthday Party

A Special Day

This past Saturday was an amazing day as we celebrated Ethan’s first birthday! Can you believe that he’s 1 year old already? For those of you who subscribe to my updates on Facebook, you have seen the pictures. When you live with him, you don’t realize how fast he grows up until you look at the pictures.

One of the best advice I got was from my friend James Wang who taught me to take pictures of Ethan EVERYDAY. It is only through the pictures that you really see the daily changes.

I never had birthday parties growing up so this was an exciting experience for me. I love my wife Kelly for taking so much time to make it really special . Kelly is super artistic and created the Peter Rabbit theme for Ethan. She’s always loved Peter Rabbit as a kid and since Ethan was born the year of the rabbit, it was natural for Kelly to associate Peter Rabbit with Ethan! The funny thing was that I never knew the story behind Peter Rabbit until Ethan came!

Time Flies By

It’s really amazing how fast time has flown by this past year. I still remember events from last year as if it happened just 2 weeks ago… I remember Ethan’s birth to his first days at home to the vacation trips we took…

At the same time, so much has changed in my life in the past 12 months. There has been tons of business challenges and personal problems but thanks to these problems, the past 12 months has been the BEST 12 months in my life. The challenges have made me stronger and more importantly it forced me to change and develop new habits and routines. It is only through these changes, that I have been able to enjoy new success in my network marketing business AND be a dad at the same time.

Time Management

One of the positive changes that I had to make was I refined my Extreme MLM Productivity Regimen.

I have learned to take time management another step and be able to accomplish more in less time. That is a necessity especially when you have children.! Some of the things that I learned was drop many activities that I thought were important but were not really helping me reach my goals. Other things that I picked up were the latest technology that allowed me to automate activities that I used to have to do myself.

This new time management system that I used allowed me to get more things done in less time. It allowed me to have more time in my network marketing business and STILL have a life and have time to be a good father and get personal things done.

Use your Time Wisely

Make sure you use your time wisely and treat Time like Money. We’ve all heard the term “Time is Money” but how many of you really treat time as money?  I suggest everyone go back and read this important post about REALLY treating “Time is Money.”

Make sure you maximize every second you have cause time is valuable. Ethan reminds me everyday of how precious our time on earth is. What motivates you to spend your time wisely?
