Network Marketing Training: How to Deal with Downlines that Cause Trouble

Hey Simon I have a issue with a person In My team. He is real loud in training always disrupting people in the team. There has been a number of occasions where he has laughed & had fun of other team members. As well he bad mouth people behind their back & has put down my teaching skills & that’s why I am not getting results in front of the leaders in the team. During my run he was suppose to put points in & turned his phone off so he couldn’t be contacted he msgs me do something for him & his new DL does the same & won’t reply to my msgs & the list goes on. He has been talked to multiple times by myself, by his upline & by his sponsor to not change at all. What is your thoughts on how to deal with this? Thank you
