Hi Simon
Thanks for awesome marketing session today. Learnt so much. My qsn: The challenge — do we focus on market potential or where we have greater USP?
Eg the market potential here in Perth is mainland Chinese migrants, Indonesian migrants. How can I position myself (I am none of the above and don’t even speak the language) so that I have something to offer this group that would be of value to them? Or should I focus on some other market where I have greater USP like stay at home mums (but is a crowded market)?

GREAT question… I think you cannot avoid the marketplace and potential. The 2 markets that you are comparing have huge differences… I would go with the Chinese migrants and Indonesian migrants… ESPECIALLY since USANA plans to enter those markets. (China with new payplan and multi level payout)… I would spend time in those markets and get to know those markets. Afterwards, find a way to provide value to those migrants and make yourself stand out
