4 Types of Downlines and Who to Work With
Every distributor can be divided into these 4 categories
1 ) Whiner / Complainers
You know who they are!
They complain about everything (from price of products, to the time of trainings, etc. etc.)
No matter what you do,
they all eventually quit anyway.
These people make up about 27% of your team
2 ) Followers
These people do very little but make up a good 65% of your organization.
They may get 1 – 2 customers here and there
but not much more.
They love the product / service but they just don’t make it happen
You support these people by sending them to your group trainings.
NEVER make this mistake and scare them away
3 ) Supporters
These people are producers and rare.
They’re only about 5% of your team.
They make sales and do everything you ask them to do
You need to work with them 1 on 1 and grow them into Leaders.
4 ) Leaders
These are the true leaders who take action and make up only 3% of your team
The only difference between the Supporters and Leaders
are that Leaders have enough confidence to take action THEMSELVES.
Leaders don’t need you to tell them what to do.
They just do it.
Work With People That Deserve Your Time
One of the biggest lessons I learned early on was…
Work with those that DESERVE your time, not NEED your time.
Everyone needs your time
but you only have limited time
so make sure work with those that DESERVE it
and they are the Supporters and Leaders
Nothing Wrong with the Followers
The Whiners will eventually all quit so don’t waste time on them,
but the Followers are different
They’re a valuable part of your team because they become your main customer base
Don’t make these mistakes and scare them away
Remember to work SMART
and work with those that DESERVE your time
