Help Them Create Their Vision
Vision is what motivates us and keeps us going.
Teach your team member to create their own vision
How do you do that?
You can start by sharing your vision
and also to get them to hear from other leaders.
Creating a Vision and Dream can be hard for people who have been employees their whole lives.
but it’ll get easier and easier the more they hear you talk about vision
Get Them To Attend Events
Events are the life blood of our business.
You must get your new downline to attend as many events as possible
It’s not what’s taught that’s important…
It’s what’s caught!
Your team members can hear the stories and get the excitement at Events that they’ll never get at home.
It’ll also teach them what it takes to be successful
and start training them to think like entrepreneurs
How to Keep Going Even If You Don’t Have Results
All entrepreneurs had zero results when they first started
but it’s the Vision that keeps them going.
New distributors need to know that they’re selling Dreams and their Vision

They also have to change their mindset about trading time for money
Teach them that they’re paid on results… and not on time.
Get Them Into Action Mode ASAP After They Sign Up
