This actually happened to me back in early 2000s and was one of my lowest moments in my career

Someone that I knew became a top leader at another company because I never approached him.

The reason is because I thought he didn’t “qualify”

First rule of Success is that you must accept 100% responsibility for your life.

Never criticize, complain nor condemn.

You have to take FULL responsibility.

Once you do that,

You’ll realize your situation is a result of your choices and decisions.

If you want things to get better, you must get better.
