Hi Simon! Hope you had a great weekend. Pretty fruitful week for me as Cheryl (my wife) & I signed up two PCs with autoship over the weekend. Amazing results considering that we haven’t had a lot of success with signups previously. The difference is in our approach and posture, very much thanks to your training. Cheryl has also been tuning in to your recordings and video replies and that has helped her too!
However, when it comes to signups, we find that we often encounter people with the ‘I want to try the product first’ mentality. We wonder if it is because of how we present or if it’s just common consumer behavior. How would you overcome this & encourage prospects to go straight into autoship, rather than just trying it out? Do you have such issues with your customers as well?
