I have a new team member. He used to be in Herbalife. He wants to approach people and his warm market, who also knew he did Herbalife. How can we approach them without them assuming “He’s just doing that thing again…” He also has people from Herbalife that wish to join him. Is this ethical?, can we approach them ? & the people in Herbalife have invested thousands, and havent moved foward. How can we approach his network? Thankyou =]
Prospecting MLM Distributors who are in another MLM Company
I’m not a big fan of prospecting people who are currently in other companies.
I believe there are plenty of prospects out there and you don’t need to fish in someone else’s pond.
But in rare instances, there may be distributors who may be in a tough situation because their MLM company has issues that affect them and making them look at other opportunities.

Again, I don’t recommend going out to recruit distributors from other companies.
There is plenty of fish for everyone.
